Our engineering workshop also deals with the production and sale of small extruders and other tools such as die face cutters and dosers, among the most common tools in the processing of plastic materials. We also carry out on-site operations for tool maintenance and to solve any extruder malfunctions.
Our company team consists of skilled workers who are specialised in plastics processing, and of an engineer who takes care of quality checks. The main companies with which Monditech Srl co-operates are companies that recycle or produce plastic from scratch.
Recently, Monditech Srl has decided to expand with the design of extruders, liquid ring die face cutters, dosers, filter changers, hopper with bridge breakers for dosers, doser carriages, and all types of tools and machinery for plastics processing.
Our company mainly performs commissioned work, but we are available to assess the needs of every customer.
MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION OF EXTRUDERS
Monditech carries out on-site operations at any companies for any breakdown that machinery may have had during the processing of plastic materials. In particular, the machinery include: extruders (screws, screw sectors, cylinders, etc.), granulators (cutters, die face cutters), centrifuges, dosers , sideloaders, reducers, filter changers, etc . We carry out: scheduled periodic maintenance of the machinery; inspections of used machinery (extruders, granulators, die face cutters, filter changers, etc.); spare parts supply. We guarantee the construction of new machinery, in particular: laboratory extruders, die face cutters (with filter changers, and centrifuge), complete screws (single screw / twin screw), screw-bars, screw sections, silos, sideloaders. This broad range of operations, on an equally wide variety of machinery for processing plastic materials, is offered at very advantageous prices on the market, and in collaboration with R.s.r. run by Sergio Raimondi, a company which has operated in the sector for about fifteen years.
